Man in stage

My goal is to empower you with tools and resources to help you create your dream life

At 21, my life was transformed by listening to a monk for the first time. Over the next three years, I split my summer holidays between working at a prestigious financial firm, surrounded by suits, high-end dining, and bars, and living as a monk in India, donning robes, sleeping on the ground, and using a gym locker for storage. After this period of oscillation, I decided to embrace the self-improvement and service-oriented lifestyle of a monk. For the subsequent three years,

I resided with monks, rising at 4am, meditating for 4-8 hours, delving into ancient wisdom, and assisting nearby communities. Yet, I couldn't remain there indefinitely. I felt a different calling in my life. It was time to return home.

Gratitude wasn’t merely an idea, it enhanced my immunity, mood, and sleep quality. Mastering the mind didn’t solely provide calmness, it facilitated negative emotion management and reduced overthinking. Discipline wasn’t devoid of joy, it possessed a significant and dynamic influence for making an impact. Meditation wasn’t a mere exercise, it furnished me with lucidity, self-assurance, and concentration. Empathy wasn’t exclusive to monks, it enriched all my interpersonal connections. Mindfulness wasn’t just a technique, it represented a lifestyle.
